Speaking to Access Hollywood over the weekend, Richards denied any speculation that she's joined the cast, even though she's a fan of the show. Richards did say she's in talks for a second season of her E! reality show, Denise Richards: It's Complicated.

Today's "alcohol was involved" story comes from Jacksonville, Florida, where police say a 34-year-old woman deliberately steered her car into a bicyclist, then jumped into another person's vehicle and plowed into her own car and a fence before jumping out, stripping off all her clothes and running around in a circle.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office says Holly Kay Highfield was arrested Sunday night on several charges, including aggravated battery, use of a deadly weapon, carjacking and DUI. Oh, yeah...there were four kids in her car at the time of the incident.
